Usually, it is necessary to adjust the distance between the workpiece and the projection lens to an appropriate focal length to make the projection screen the clearest condition to ensure the accuracy of the workpiece measurement. The structure of the image measuring instrument can be different from three different measurement systems. If you take a vertical projector as an example, the projection lens can be from 25x to 225x magnification, and there are four common ones: 10x, 20x, 50x, 100x, etc. For measuring the workpiece, contour lighting or surface reflection lighting can be used.
