  Main Features


        A.The integrated working machine is stable, atmospheric, highly safe and reliable. It comes with a built-in display screen, occupies little space, 

           and is easy to apply in various workshop settings.

        B.The base, columns, and workbench are made of high-quality Qingji material. With a fixed bridge-type structure and "T"-shaped nuts for all                            fasteners, it has excellent load-bearing capacity, stability, and structural rigidity.

        C.The transparent glass thickness on the conveyor belt is measured using 3 sets of coaxial co-focal lasers taking 5 measurement points. The                          equipment's linear accuracy is maintained within 3 micrometers. 

        D.Magnetic wheels are used for power transmission, which offers advantages such as contactless power transmission, no friction, no noise, 

            no dust generation, and strong transmission capability.

        E.Multiple output formats are available, including DXF, WORD, EXCEL, etc.

        F.With two workstations and six sets of coaxial co-focal lasers, the work efficiency is significantly improved.











  Application Scope


The equipment is primarily designed to measure the thickness of glass and wafers. It employs coaxial co-focal laser technology to take measurements at five points, with slight variations allowed in the laser sampling positions for each piece. The dual-station design allows for simultaneous measurements using six sets of coaxial lights, resulting in higher efficiency.



  Laser Measurement Mechanism Description

A.There are six sets of coaxial co-focal lasers in total, with three groups on the left and three groups on the right. When switching between products, the spacing and height of the laser sliders can be manually adjusted to meet the requirements of laser sampling.

B.The measurement is performed using a method where the product remains stationary while the lasers move.

C.A set of screw rods and servo motors are used to drive the laser displacement sampling of the two lines at the middle position. This approach offers the advantages of a compact mechanism and synchronized electrical control signals.

D.Precision ball screws, precision slide rails, and precision manual slides are employed to maintain the repeatability accuracy of the laser displacement sampling.

E.Limit mechanisms and limit inductive switches are used to control the movement of the screw rods, preventing any unexpected rapid movement that may occur during debugging.
